Ordering & Payment
Online orders: Our website is the fastest and most convenient method for placing an order with us. Shopping online is also the easiest way to track an order, access your order history. If an item is out of stock and on backorder, an estimated ship date will be noted on the web page for that product. Otherwise, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of placement of your order.
We use the most updated technology regarding online security, so your personal information is always safe.
Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and total amount to be charged.
To check your order status: If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on My Account, signing in, then selecting Order History.
Credit cards: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be pro-rated to the value of the shipment.
Sales tax: Progeny Inc. is located in Texas. If the Ship-To address is located in the State of Texas, we are required to charge the customer local tax on that purchase
Retailers that carry Progeny products may have different prices or promotional events at different times, these prices are determined by the local retailer and are not required to be honored by the Progeny Inc. online store. Likewise, sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing of Progeny products sold through retail stores.
Shipping
We will do everything we can to expedite your orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days of ordering. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please carefully inspect your package and box upon receipt at ship-to address. Progeny Inc. is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily on backorder or out-of-stock. Any known shipping delays will be noted on the website. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.
If a rush is required on an order, or you are in desperate need of an item that is showing as “backordered” please email us at customercare@progenyinc.com with your request, we always accommodate if possible.
At this time, we are unable to process international orders.
Please note that a P.O. Box is not a sufficient shipping address. A delivery street address and delivery telephone number are needed for delivery. We reserve the right to use other major carriers.
Shipping times: Standard service: 5-7 business days *Expedited service: within 3 business days *Express service: 1-2 business days; available for most items shipping within the continental U.S. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
*For expedited or express delivery, online orders must be places by 10 am CST.
Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of progenyinc.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
Shipping charges: We are located in Texas. Shipping costs and methods are fixed rates based on the value of your order. The customer is given options for shipping choices (i.e. Standard, Expedited, Express).
Express & overnight shipping charges: Express and overnight shipping are available for most in-stock items withing the continental U.S. Your order must be placed before 10 am CST. Additional shipping fess may apply.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges: We want our products to work for you. If you find you need a different size, or would prefer a different style, we will gladly exchange any Progeny items originally purchased through our Online Store. Progeny products are packaged with an exchange form and instructions. Exchanges must be in NEW condition with all original packaging. Since these items come into such close contact with little ones, all returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost. The exchange must be received by Progeny within 30 days of the original ship date (or within two weeks of your delivery date if you are pregnant).
Please contact customercare@progenyinc.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and simply mail in the product with the form on the back of your packing list filled out and we will send you a new size/style as soon as we receive your exchange. RA numbers are void after 45 days.
Returns: If for some reason our product(s) just don’t work out for you altogether, we will gladly refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling) of any Progeny products that were originally purchased through our Online Store. Returned items must be in NEW condition with all original packaging. Since these items come into such close contact with little ones, all returned pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer's cost. Returns must be received by Progeny within 30 days of the original ship date.

The customer pays all costs related to shipping. Sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
